Quote and instruction

Before we start, we tell you the price. If it cannot be calculated in advance, we give you a written quote, which you can accept or reject. The invoice will not exceed the accepted quote.

The instruction is formalised with an engagement letter (hoja de encargo) that describes the work, the price and the indicative timescales.

Prices, fees and disbursements

Prices for individuals include VAT. For the self-employed and companies they are shown without VAT. Fees, taxes and other disbursements that we pay on your behalf are charged separately, at their exact amount and with proof of payment.

You can pay by bank transfer or by card, through a secure payment link.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and you hire us at a distance, without coming to the office, you can withdraw within 14 calendar days of the instruction without giving a reason, by writing to info@acdgestoria.com.

If you ask us to start before those 14 days have ended and you then withdraw, you will pay for the part of the work already done. If the service has already been fully provided with your consent, you will not be able to withdraw.

Complaints

You can make a complaint by post to C/ Mallorca, 55, baixos, local 1, 08029 Barcelona or by email to info@acdgestoria.com. We will reply within 15 days at most. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamación) are available to you at the office.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and Catalan consumer legislation. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live.
