What documents you need
- DNI or NIE of the parties.
- Title deed or simple extract (nota simple) of the property.
- Latest IBI bill.
- Energy efficiency certificate, signed by a technician.

No: a qualified technician signs it. If you need one, we can put you in touch with one.
Do you lodge the deposit with INCASÒL?
Yes, and we also get it back when the tenancy ends.
