Who processes your data

Why and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiries and prepare quotes when you write to us by WhatsApp, email or telephone. Basis: the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

To manage the appointments you book. Basis: the same.

To provide the service you instruct us to carry out and to meet tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations. Basis: the contract and legal obligations (art. 6.1.b and c GDPR).

How long we keep your data

Enquiries that do not lead to an instruction: one year at most.

Client data: for as long as the instruction lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law: up to 6 years for accounting documents and up to 10 years for anti-money-laundering documents.

Who else processes your data

Providers who offer us services and use your data only for that purpose: website hosting (Cloudflare), the appointment calendar and email (Google), messaging (WhatsApp, owned by Meta) and the payment provider that processes card payments. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@acdgestoria.com. If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
