We give you the price in writing before we start. For individuals it includes VAT; for the self-employed and companies it is shown without VAT. Fees, taxes and disbursements are paid separately.

Complaints

You can make a complaint by post to C/ Mallorca, 55, baixos, local 1, 08029 Barcelona or by email to info@acdgestoria.com. We will reply within 15 days at most.

Official complaint, claim and report forms (hojas de queja, reclamación y denuncia) of the Generalitat de Catalunya are available to you at the office.
