Income tax and other taxes

We prepare your income tax return (renta), checking every deduction, including the Catalan ones, and we help you with any letter from the Tax Agency (Hacienda) or the City Council.

Services and prices

  • Simple income tax return (renta)

    Employment income or pension, up to 2 payers and Catalan deductions. A joint return costs the same.

  • Complex income tax return

    Up to 2 rented properties or 2 sales. For more, or for cryptocurrency with over 20 transactions, we give you a quote.

  • Non-resident income tax (form 210)

    One return per property and year.

    Paid separately: the tax payable

  • Wealth tax and assets abroad

    Wealth tax (Impuesto sobre el Patrimonio) and information returns on assets and cryptocurrency held abroad (forms 714, 720 and 721).

  • Requests and checks from the Tax Agency (Hacienda)

    Reply to a request for documents. Formal objections (alegaciones) are quoted separately. Included in the monthly plans.

  • Tax appeals

    Reconsideration appeal (recurso de reposición) and economic-administrative claim.

  • Deferrals, refunds and debts

    Deferral or instalment plan for a debt, or a refund of undue payments.

  • Barcelona municipal taxes

    Plusvalía (municipal capital gains tax) calculated by both methods, and filing. An appeal against the IBI (property tax) or the plusvalía is quoted separately.

What documents you need

  • ID card (DNI) or NIE.
  • Access to your tax data using Cl@ve, a digital certificate or the draft reference number.
  • Certificates of tax withheld: payslips, pensions or unemployment benefit.
  • Proof of deductions: rent, mortgage, donations or union fees.
  • Details of any rented or sold properties.

Frequently asked questions

When is the income tax campaign?

Normally from early April to the end of June. You can book your appointment before then, and we will tell you when it starts.

Do you do joint returns?

Yes, at the same price as an individual return.

I have received a letter from the Tax Agency. What should I do?

Send it to us as soon as possible on WhatsApp, or bring it to the office. The deadlines to reply are usually short.
